Are Gel Blasters Legal in Australia?

Gel Blasters are currently legal in Queensland only.
 
It is illegal to possess a Gel Blaster in any other state. You can only purchase Gel Blasters from our site if you are located in Queensland only
 
Please do your research before buying.

Do you have warranty on your products?

Yes. 
 
We offer a 30 day warranty period from the point of sale. You can purchase an additional warranty for 12 months. This will cost an additonal $50.00+gst.

Do you offer tracking with postage?

Yes, we ship all of our products via Australia Post and ship items within 2-9 business days of the sale. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your purchase has been shipped.

Do you offer free postage?

No, the only time postage will be free of charge when a promotion is available.

What if my purchase is faulty or broken?

Accepted Answer

Returns can be accepted, but must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your item/items. A return request must be sent via email, and ensure approval is received from Oz Gel and Tactical before shipping the item back to us.
We will evalute and if determined we are responsible, the item can be exchanged for a new product or a refund can be issued.
