Returns can be accepted, but must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your item/items. A return request must be sent via email, and ensure approval is received from Oz Gel and Tactical before shipping the item back to us.
We will evalute and if determined we are responsible, the item can be exchanged for a new product or a refund can be issued.
