Yes. We offer a 30 day warranty period from the point of sale. You can purchase an additional warranty for 12 months. This will cost an additonal $50.00+gst.

Yes, we ship all of our products via Australia Post and ship items within 2-9 business days of the sale. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your purchase has been shipped.

Returns can be accepted, but must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your item/items. A return request must be sent via email, and ensure approval is received from Oz Gel and Tactical before shipping the item back to us.
