Shipping/Returns/Layby Policy

Shipping Policy

We ship all of our products via Australia Post and ship items within 2 business days of the sale. DISCLAIMER - GEL BLASTER TOYS ARE ONLY SOLD TO QUEENSLAND 

 

No shipping is available on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday, and Public Holidays) shipping will also vary over the holiday seasons including Christmas, Easter etc.

The customer must pay postage and all other fees related to the postal and related services calculated in accordance with the rates and charges published by Australia Post. Overweight or oversize items may incur a handling charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

DISCLAIMER - GEL BLASTER TOYS ARE ONLY SOLD TO QUEENSLAND 

 

Returns can be accepted, but must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item/items. A return request must be sent via email, and ensure approval is received from Oz Gel and Tactical before shipping the item. 

 

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for a response and approval. After approval is granted a pre-paid bag will be sent for the return. 

​

The item needs to be in a brand new condition and unused, including the original packaging and paperwork. 

 

Once the case is approved, a refund will be sent, BUT minus the cost of the return shipping. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as received.

 

However, if you are wanting a replacement product this option is available to you.

 

Any item/items that are returned in a damaged condition or missing packaging/parts or additional accessories will incur additional fees.  

 

In a case where the item is damaged as a result of the customer we will not issue a refund.

Layby Policy - Terms & Conditions

DISCLAIMER - GEL BLASTER TOYS ARE ONLY SOLD TO QUEENSLAND 

 

Layby is available on purchases of $100 or more. And half the amount of the item

must be paid upfront to secure your item.

Regular weekly or fortnightly payments must be made. The last payment must be made before items can be collected from store or send via post.

Can I cancel my layby?
Yes, you can cancel your layby at any time and all monies will be refunded except the $10.00 service fee

​

When will I receive my layby?
Once the total amount has been paid off and before the due date.

 

Term
Layby is available on an 4, 6 or 8 week term and must be paid in full.

Cancellation
Failure to make payments when they are due or collect laybys by the due date will be treated as a cancellation of the layby by the customer. In these instances, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the monies paid, less a termination fee of $10.00 service fee already paid. Customers will need to contact us in order to cancel and have their layby refunded.

 

Tender
Refunds for layby deposits or payments will be refunded using the original payment method.

Privacy Policy

  • Information collected for a layby transaction will be used for the purpose of processing your layby.

  • Information collected for a layby transaction will be used for the purposes of contacting you regarding policies and procedures that may affect you.

  • If you opt in for marketing material: You agree to Oz Gel and Tactical Supplies collecting my personal information to analyse purchasing and online activity. This includes receiving marketing communications, contact about purchasing activity and targeted advertising subject to exercising privacy rights and choices.
